In a poll conducted during September 2021 by the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication, Americans were asked about their willingness to support an organization engaging in non-violent civil disobedience against corporate or government activities that make global warming worse and about their willingness to personally engage in such non-violent civil disobedience themselves.

While the results, at first glance, appear impressive, they are below 50%. Let's try and get these numbers up. All it takes is communication. Note the term "non-violent". There are many ways to support these initiatives, through time, money or actions. Let's make a commitment to do at least one of these!
